Meanwhile, the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) promptly responded to assist in recovering a vehicle that was stuck in the mud.
Authorities confirmed the blockage was caused by mud and debris from recent heavy rains. Following immediate cleanup operations, the spillway is now clear and passable to all vehicles.
